At FurWell, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

✅ RETURNS

- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Sale items are non-refundable

💳 REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🔁 EXCHANGES

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item.
