Refund policy

At FurWell, your satisfaction is our top priority.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all orders.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return: Email us at support@furwellpets.ca within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been used or washed
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@furwellpets.ca with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
